The company VSH Trans, which overtook the complete logistics for the companies of the group VSH, was created in 1999. The fleet of vehicles comprises tanks for the transport of bulk cement cargoes, dumper set as well as special sets, which can transport bulk materials as well as palletized goods. There are also wagons for the transport of bulk cement cargoes and the whole organization of the railway transport. In 2003 the company overtook the transport of concrete from the individual concrete mixing plants of VSH a.s. in Eastern Slovakia. It is also connected with the operation of the concrete pumps in the given region. The company provides the transport also for clients outside the group of VSH companies and works also for other producers of building materials in Eastern Slovakia. By using the synergic effects within the group it is possible to use these vehicles constantly. To use the vehicles in an optimal way a central dispatching for the road transport as well as for the transport of concrete was established in 2004. Sales representatives in the central dispatching accept all the orders for concrete, cement and other transported commodities in cooperation with the transport dispatchers who promptly use the vehicles for the individual orders. The central dispatching enables us to reduce the cost and also to satisfy the orders with maximal reliability and on time.
