The transport company CTR group was created in 1992. Thanks to our own transport we can nowadays offer our services to our clients for advantageous prices because we are able to maintain low transport cost. From our point of view the originality and the independence together with the possibility of influencing and improving the processes is effective in the long term. The largest part of our modern fleet of vehicles is active on the German market. Not far from the Czech-German border we have at our disposal a reloading station with storage silos for cement. The station is supplied with cement by the affiliated transport company VSH Trans according to our needs and thanks to this logistics we are able to deal with the orders of cement to Southern Germany within several hours. Our current aim is to strengthen further our presence on the Czech market and also to create successfully a long-term customers clientele.

Muška s.r.o., registered office in Prague 3, Sladkovského 1/525, zip code 130 00, company ID (IČ) 25102419, incorporated in the Companies Register of the Prague Municipal Court, section C, file 49816, and ZEOCEM CZ a.s., registered office in Prague 2, Nové Město, Ječná 1/550, zip code 120 00, company ID (IČ) 26704633, incorporated in the Companies Register of the Prague Municipal Court, section B, file 7712, were dissolved without liquidation as of October 25, 2006 and merged with the successor company CTR group a.s., registered office in Prague 3, Sladkovského 1/525, zip code 130 00, company ID (IČ) 26456176, incorporated in the Companies Register of the Prague Municipal Court, section B, file 7220.
As the legal successor of both Muška s.r.o. and ZEOCEM CZ a.s., CTR group a.s. assumes all rights and obligations as well as all assets of Muška s.r.o. and ZEOCEM CZ a.s. as of the above date.
Contractual relations will not be affected by any changes; CTR group a.s. takes over and will honour all contracts signed by the dissolved companies and their suppliers, customers and partners.
