CTR group a.s.
CTR group a.s. is a stable and strong company with a 29-year history. The company is currently active on the market in three main areas of business enterprise which are the production of construction materials, the transport of construction materials, and real estate development. As of 30.7.2007, CTR group a.s. has 34 associate companies which are active in seven countries of Central Europe and it is controlled centrally from Prague where it has a team of field specialists and designers as well as consulting engineers for development and the realization of all construction activities within the group.
Since 1991, the company has realized many residential and administrative projects and it has built its own project and design studio.
In the past years, 15 independent projects have been realized, including the construction of administrative buildings and the reconstruction of old buildings as well as new buildings. At present, 3 new projects are being realized in the territory of Prague, focusing particularly on the construction of new apartments. In addition, the enlargement of Business Centre Košice II and III is being prepared in the centre of Košice which is closely linked to Business Centre I, making up a unique administrative complex.
Business activities in the area are aimed particularly at three locations – Prague in the Czech Republic, Košice in Slovakia and Graz in Austria. Other residential projects are being prepared with the total area of almost 100,000 m2 that will be activated in the next 3 years.
Beside the usual developing activities, the company also develops projects that it further operates and rents through its own business and marketing centre. In 2008, the number of rented premises will reach almost 30,000 m2. The most significant protects that the company rents include the above mentioned Business Centre in Košice. At present, the multi-functional premises of Albertov Rental Apartments are opened in Prague and their mission is unique in the Prague real estate market.
